Texas is full of interesting wildlife, so I thought I would share it with you, in all its disgusting glory. Trust me, your skin will be crawling. First, the cutest of wildlife, armadillos :)
This nasty bug has an equally nasty name, Tarantula Hawk! I haven't seen one, but a girl in my ward saw several of these in her parents yard! And of course, what do you think a Tarantula Hawk eats......

And lastly, scorpions. Devin has found more than one IN his classroom. Yuck. If you live somewhere that is not here, count your blessings!

We have seen lots of armadillos here, but no live ones! They apparently are very slow as they cross the road! We have - in our kitchen!!!!! - COCKROACHES the size of small cats! Nothing we can do about it,k as we are living in a campground in Alabama. I will put your wasps or tarantulas against cockroaches big enough to ride!
